Kids have one month of absences up their sleeve each year, and adult students have two months. So if something comes up, you’re totally covered.
Just be sure to notify your teacher by marking the absence in your Piano Play account HERE, or by using the cancellation link in your 24-hour reminder email.
It helps us plan ahead and keeps progress flowing smoothly!

To help us keep lessons flexible and affordable for all students, we simply ask that you let us know by the 14th of the month if you’d like to stop for the following month.
Your spot is yours until the end of the month you’ve paid for, and you’re always welcome to return when the timing’s right. 🎶

No — we don’t run lessons on public holidays, and we follow the school term dates and public holidays specific to your state.
